minutesChicken thighs are delicious and inexpensive. They are easy to cook and are not as popular as the breast. This makes them cheaper to purchase. I find thighs more flavourful and versatile.
Ingredients
8 Chicken thighs with skin on and bone in
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash the chicken thighs and remove excess skin
- Heat up two medium sized fry pans on medium heat
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each pan and place in 4 thighs in each
- Cook on medium heat for 20 to 22 minutes or until cooked through. Turn the thighs over every couple of minutes.
- Serve the thighs on their own or with a side of your choice
