Easy Pan Fried Delicious Chicken Thighs

Chicken thighs are delicious and inexpensive. They are easy to cook and are not as popular as the breast. This makes them cheaper to purchase. I find thighs more flavourful and versatile.

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken thighs with skin on and bone in

  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Wash the chicken thighs and remove excess skin
  • Heat up two medium sized fry pans on medium heat
  • Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to each pan and place in 4 thighs in each
  • Cook on medium heat for 20 to 22 minutes or until cooked through. Turn the thighs over every couple of minutes.
  • Serve the thighs on their own or with a side of your choice
