minutesHazelnut butter protein balls are an amazing sweet option when you are craving dessert but want something small. The protein in the balls are a great addition to keep you full.
Ingredients
1 and 1/4 Cups of oats
1 Cup of hazelnut butter
1/4 Cup of maple syrup
50 Grams of protein powder
2 Teaspoons of shredded coconut
1/2 Teaspoon of chia seeds
Directions
- Measure all the ingredients and place in a medium bowl.
- Mix together with a wooden spoon.
- Mixture might look clumpy but will come together when you form the balls.
- Form small balls and the warm from your hands should mould them together.
- These protein balls can be eaten straight away or stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
