Puffed Multigrain Marshmallow bars are a great snack after lunch when you feel like something sweet. They are super easy and do not need many ingredients. You can also substitute ingredients or add whatever you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 Cups of Puffed Multigrain Blend or Puffed Rice

  • 100g of Marshmallow

  • 45g of Butter

Directions

  • Place the marshmallows and butter in a large bowl and put it in the microwave for 1 minute. Make sure to stop at 30 seconds to fold the mixture.
  • Add the puffed multigrain blend or rice to the marshmallow and butter and mix it all together.
  • Place in a 21cm loaf pan lined with baking paper and use a spatula to pat down the mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and when it is set, cut into mini bars.

Notes

  • Add chocolate chips or any topping of your choice
