Ingredients
1 cup of Full cream milk
2 Tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
1/2 of chopped Strawberry
1/2 of Blueberries
1/4 cup of Banana
2 small blocks of ice
1 Teaspoon of Chia seeds
Directions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender
- Serve alone or with a snack

- If you are Lactose intolerant use Almond milk and Lactose free yoghurt
