Do you feel like cooling down? Try this smoothie recipe with heaps of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Full cream milk

  • 2 Tablespoons of Greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 of chopped Strawberry

  • 1/2 of Blueberries

  • 1/4 cup of Banana

  • 2 small blocks of ice

  • 1 Teaspoon of Chia seeds

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender
  • Serve alone or with a snack

Notes

  • If you are Lactose intolerant use Almond milk and Lactose free yoghurt
