Yoghurt with berries and chia seeds

Need a snack after lunch? Try this yoghurt with berries. It will keep you feeling satisfied with great nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 cup of Almonds

  • 1/4 cup of Chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup of Strawberries

  • 1/2 cup of Blueberries

Directions

  • Chop the almonds in half
  • Slice each strawberry into 3 pieces
  • Place yoghurt at the bottom of the cup
  • Place half of the almonds in, along with a teaspoon of chia seeds
  • Put the strawberries and blueberries inside and repeat steps until cup is full

Notes

  • Replace berries with your preferred choice as well as your ideal nuts
