Ingredients
8 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup of Almonds
1/4 cup of Chia seeds
1/2 cup of Strawberries
1/2 cup of Blueberries
Directions
- Chop the almonds in half
- Slice each strawberry into 3 pieces
- Place yoghurt at the bottom of the cup
- Place half of the almonds in, along with a teaspoon of chia seeds
- Put the strawberries and blueberries inside and repeat steps until cup is full
Notes
- Replace berries with your preferred choice as well as your ideal nuts
