Ingredients
200g of Fresh or Frozen Prawns
200g of Microwavable brown rice
2 Tablespoons of Hoisin sauce
Half a long mild chilli
1 large clove of garlic
1 Sprig of green onion
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
- Rocket Salad
40g of Rocket
2 Teaspoon of Olive oil
Pinch of salt
1/4 of Lemon juice
Directions
- Chop the chilli finely and chop the garlic. Add them to a bowl with the hoisin sauce.
- Prep the prawns by deveining them and rinse them well. Add them to the hoisin mixture and let them sit for 10 minutes or longer.
- In the meantime, grab a small bowl and mix the olive oil, salt, lemon juice and rocket. Mix all together and place in the fridge.
- Heat up the brown rice and place aside.
- In a medium frypan on medium heat, add the olive oil and cook the prawns for 5 to 8 minutes or until pink.
- Add the green onion for garnish and enjoy
