minutesIf you are craving Burritos but don’t feel like making a mess, a bowl is such a great idea. It is tasty without the mess of a traditional Burrito.
Ingredients
500g Beef mince
1 Small brown onion
200g Black beans
300g Corn kernels
30g Taco spice mix mild
170g Corn chips
300g Salsa mild
2 pack Baby Cos lettuce
250g Cherry tomatoes
250g Microwaveable rice
1 Tablespoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black pepper
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
Directions
- Remove lettuce leaves and wash
- Cut tomatoes in half and chop onion
- Add oil to medium fry pan and cook the onion for 45 seconds
- While the onion cooks, add the mince beef and break up with fork
- Add salt , black pepper and taco mix
- While the mince cooks, heat up the beans in a small saucepan
- Once all the cooked, plate up to your desired taste with Salsa and Corn chips

- Buy Salsa and Taco mix to your level of heat.
