If you are craving Burritos but don’t feel like making a mess, a bowl is such a great idea. It is tasty without the mess of a traditional Burrito.

Ingredients

  • 500g Beef mince

  • 1 Small brown onion

  • 200g Black beans

  • 300g Corn kernels

  • 30g Taco spice mix mild

  • 170g Corn chips

  • 300g Salsa mild

  • 2 pack Baby Cos lettuce

  • 250g Cherry tomatoes

  • 250g Microwaveable rice

  • 1 Tablespoon of Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon of Black pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil

Directions

  • Remove lettuce leaves and wash
  • Cut tomatoes in half and chop onion
  • Add oil to medium fry pan and cook the onion for 45 seconds
  • While the onion cooks, add the mince beef and break up with fork
  • Add salt , black pepper and taco mix
  • While the mince cooks, heat up the beans in a small saucepan
  • Once all the cooked, plate up to your desired taste with Salsa and Corn chips

Notes

  • Buy Salsa and Taco mix to your level of heat.
