minutesChicken caesar salad has to be my favourite salad of all time. It is filled with so much flavour and texture. You will not regret making this for yourself or your family.
Ingredients
300g chicken strips
1 Head of Cos lettuce
2 Eggs
2 Slices of bread
4 Rashes of bacon
Parmesan cheese
4 Tablespoons of Caesar dressing
Directions
- In a small saucepan, boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Slice the bread into small cubes and fry them for 2 minutes on low heat. Place aside.
- Cook the bacon in the fry pan for 2 minutes on each side and place aside.
- Cook the chicken strips for 5 minutes on each side and leave to rest.
- In a medium serving bowl toss the lettuce, croutons and caesar dressing.
- Grate some parmesan cheese into the bowl.
- Remove the shells of the eggs and slice them placing the eggs into the serving bowl.
- Add the bacon and chicken strips on top and serve.
