Ingredients
12 Mini store-bought tart shells
190g Strawberry Jam
- Frangipane
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
100g Almond meal
100g Butter room temperature
90g Sugar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celsius.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the egg and add the vanilla.
- Pour in the almond meal, sugar and butter.
- With a wooden spoon mix the frangipane mixture together until combined.
- Place the tarts on a baking tray. Spoon in 2 teaspoons of jam at the bottom and top with 1 tablespoon of frangipane.
- Place the baking tray on the middle shelf and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
