minutesEasy and quick beef sausage spaghetti with chilli and red onion. This dish is flavourful and the chilli brings an extra kick.
Ingredients
6 Large beef sausages
340g Spaghetti
400g Pasta sauce
1 Long mild chilli
1 Medium red onion
1 Tablespoon of salt for the boiling water
Salt to taste for the pasta sauce
Black pepper to taste for the pasta sauce
Directions
- Heat up a large sauce pan with water and cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the packet. Add a tablespoon of salt to the water.
- In the meantime cut the onion and chilli.
- Remove the casing from the sausages and place them into a medium fry pan. No oil is needed as there is fat in the sausages.
- Break up the sausages with a wooden spoon and add the onion and chilli.
- Once the sausages turned brown, add the pasta sauce along with the salt and pepper.
- Drain the spaghetti then add it to the pasta sauce and mix together.
