Ingredients
200g Brown rice
200g Canned tuna
1 Medium cucumber
1 Carrot
1 Avocado
250g Corn kernels
2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon of seeded mustard
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, boil the rice on medium heat for 20 minutes,
- In the meantime cut the cucumber, carrot and avocado and set aside,
- Mix the mayonnaise and mustard together and place in the fridge.
- Drain the rice and serve with the vegetables, sauce and top with tuna.
