Smashed avocado and egg on toast is a delicious lunch option. This dish will fill you up and will satisfy all your cravings. This dish contains different textures and flavours.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices of sourdough bread

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 Small tomato

  • 60g of Halloumi

  • 2 Eggs

Directions

  • Smash the avocado and cut the tomato and halloumi
  • Toast the bread
  • In a small pan, fry the halloumi for 2 minutes on each side
  • Cook the egg in a pan for 2 minutes
  • Assemble the dish to your liking and enjoy
